Day 9 of incubation saw more activity compared to yesterday, with a total of 505 frames featuring birds, an increase of 115 frames. The female began the day on the nest at 00:01 and continued incubating through the last capture at 16:03.

The male was observed visiting the incubating female four times today, including a feeding visit at 12:35. Other visits occurred at 06:08, 07:18, and 08:57. The longest absence from the cup today lasted 18 minutes, from 07:54 to 08:12.
